First of all I would really like to thank my sister for giving me a chance to know this great place, Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). I was still a NSF that time and the normal route for a man from junior college is to go university straight after army. She gave me the idea of a bright future with PTO. Moreover, I don’t come from a very financially well to do family. Hence it’s best for me to fund for my own studies to lighten the load of my family. So, I deferred a year of studies and start my career after much consideration.

I met up with my manager, Janin. She told me how Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) works. It gives us the space to be innovative and it’s where I could have my dreams fulfilled. I came to know of the 5 pillars of Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). They blend in well with my own views of life. I knew I can be different if I join this company. Indeed after 1 year in this company, I realized its potential to bring us to a higher platform. I have learnt a lot in this line and life skill that Peter Tan teaches us.
